Brady Armstrong is a Registered Massage Therapist who also graduated from Fanshawe College in the Massage Therapy program. He has always been very interested and involved in the health, wellness, and work-out setting since he was young. He played basketball up until College and will always be a basketball player at heart. Throughout his sporting and working-out journey he experienced many injuries including ankle sprains and back problems. Dealing with his own injuries and partaking in sports has given him a great idea of how to help people recover from sport or training-based injuries.
Throughout his schooling he gained an extensive knowledge in Swedish massage techniques, stretching, and rehabilitation-based exercises. He is able to work with soft tissues, fascia, joints and the deeper layers of muscle tissue according to his client’s needs. He looks forward to treating any kind of issue you may have for seeking massage therapy or even if you just want to relax. He will treat any condition, with varying pressures always being an option and if there is something he cannot help you with he will gladly refer you to an appropriate practitioner who can.
Brady is also certified in Cupping Therapy and continues to add to his skills as his career progresses. Lastly, Brady's main goal as an RMT is to give you a safe, caring, and understanding environment that encourages healing and pain relief.
