Megan is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is fluent in a variety of Swedish Massage Techniques as well as Trigger Point Therapy and Joint Mobilizations. Megan has always been involved in a variety of sports and has an extensive appreciation for maintaining clients strength and focusing on lengthening muscles after games, practices, or workouts. Megan is dedicated to finding the root cause of your pain and/or discomfort and using the most effective techniques to return your body to a pain free and healthy state.

Victoria is a Registered Massage Therapist. She completed her education through Fanshawe College’s advanced diploma program. Victoria has taken additional training and is a Childbirth Educator. Victoria immediately took an interest in pregnancy and postpartum massage and has experience working alongside prenatal Chiropractors and Physiotherapists. She has multiple systems for pregnant clients to lay comfortably including the beloved pregnancy pillow allowing women up to their due date to lay supported face down, as well as a cozy body pillow for those preferring a side position.
Victoria is trained in Swedish massage and is able to provide both therapeutic and relaxation treatments. Her services are available to anyone from babies and children to retirees! In addition to Swedish, infant, pediatric, and prenatal massage she is trained in hot stone therapy too. She looks forward to working with her returning clients and meeting bright smiling new ones as well.

Stephanie completed the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College and graduated with honours. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Stephanie has a background and passion for fitness. She is a black belt in Taekwondo. She has first-hand experience and understands how pain limits your ability to perform to the best of your abilities. Stephanie is driven in helping you get back to your daily routine.
Stephanie has an upbeat, bubbly personality and she is filled with optimism. Stephanie’s treatment space is a friendly non-judgemental zone. Stephanie keeps the client’s best interest and goals first and foremost. Whether you are looking for deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic massage, or rehabilitation, Stephanie is happy to help!
Sandra is a Massage Therapist from the accelerated program offered at Fanshawe College and is in good standing with the CMTO. With previous experience playing many years at a competitive level sport, Sandra dedicates her career to helping those who also depend and value alternative healthcare options to manage pain and continue activities of daily living without discomfort. She incorporates many techniques including Swedish Massage Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, and Active Release/Stretching. Sandra is actively seeking and introducing new techniques and modalities to improve her treatments.
Janelle recently graduated from Fanshawe College’s Massage Therapy program in June of 2019 with president’s honours. She has had a passion for the profession since elementary school and is excited to be taking on new clientele.
Janelle has spent most of her life growing up in rural Oxford County. When not at the clinic, she enjoys spending as much time back home with her family. You can often catch her hiking new trails, walking dogs or working out at local gyms. Janelle has grown up playing on both recreational and provincial level sports teams and is able to take this knowledge and apply it to her daily massage practices. Whether it’s a relaxation or deep tissue massage you are looking for, Janelle takes the time to listen to your goals and apply them to your treatment.
During her education in the massage therapy program Janelle acquired a love for the prenatal and infant massage sector. She is dedicated to enhancing her knowledge in these areas with additional courses and is excited for what comes her way!
Lisa graduated from Fanshawe College’s Massage Therapy program in 2019, achieving the president’s honour roll. She is well-versed in a variety of Swedish massage techniques.
She spends some time at the beginning of each appointment asking questions and assessing as necessary, in order to create an accurate and thorough treatment plan to benefit each client as much as possible.
Lisa focuses on creating a safe and inclusive treatment environment for her clients, and combines therapeutic and relaxation techniques in order to address any presenting issues from a wholistic perspective.
Her mission is to help her clients at whichever stage they are, while providing a trauma informed space that is built on trust, professionalism, and individual autonomy.

Nick graduated from Western University with a B.A. Honours Specialization in Kinesiology and then went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. He is in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. Nick believes every patient is unique and focuses on tailoring treatment to meet each patient’s individual needs. He offers a variety of treatment options including: Chiropractic adjustments, muscle release therapy, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, acupuncture, and concussion rehabilitation. Nick focuses on treating the body as a whole and is dedicated to finding a way to help you with your pain, even if it’s not back related!
Shannon is a passionate and accomplished artist, doula, mentor, counsellor and author with a distinct want to help others push through their trauma and find life on the other side of fear. She uses the modalities of therapeutic writing, guided meditation and art exploration to assist adult clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief by giving them new coping skills and techniques to navigate their mental health. She believes that trauma is relative to the individual, as is healing and that it is never a linear path. Her hope is that by tapping into elements of your breath, visualization, writing and art, clients will be presented with hope, clarity and light.

Olivia attended Western University and completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics degree, and a dance minor. After graduation, she continued her education at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition while working at two clinical settings alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, sport psychologists, dietitians and athletic therapists. She also completed her Personal Training Specialist Certification and Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hour) Certification.
Not only does she have a deep understanding of the power of nutrition, but also of the power of movement and keeping your body strong and active. Wellness for me is practicing self-love by listening to and nourishing your body, mind and spirit. It’s about living a guilt-free, vibrant life. Alex Lewis was born and raised in London Ontario. He has been a member of the Western University Varsity Soccer team and Marconi Men’s Soccer team. Alex completed his degree in Kinesiology at Western University with a post graduate diploma in Pedorthics and is a certified Canadian Personal Training Specialist. After working for 2 years and gaining experience in the nation’s capital of Ottawa, Alex is back in London to treat and manage lower limb issues through footwear modifications and supportive devices (Custom Made Orthotics).
