MEGAN GRIMMINCK

RMT / CLINIC OWNER

MENTOR & GUIDE FOR NEW HCPs

Megan is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is fluent in a variety of therapeutic massage techniques. Megan has always been involved in a variety of sports and has an extensive appreciation for maintaining clients strength and focusing on lengthening muscles after games, practices, or workouts.

Megan is also a mom of 3 (1 girl, 1 boy, and 1 angel baby). After three pregnancies she has an extensive appreciation for the expectant momma's body and would be happy to help you with the aches, pains, and compensations that occur as your body changes and grows throughout your pregnancy.

Megan is dedicated to finding the root cause of your pain and/or discomfort and using the most effective techniques to return your body to a pain free and healthy state. Megan is trained in Cupping Therapy as well as Hot Stone Massage.

VICTORIA ALEXANDER

Victoria is a Registered Massage Therapist. She completed her education through Fanshawe College’s advanced diploma program. Victoria has taken additional training in Childbirth Education and Infant Instructing. Victoria immediately took an interest in pregnancy and postpartum massage and has experience working alongside prenatal Chiropractors and Physiotherapists. She has multiple systems for pregnant clients to lay comfortably including the beloved pregnancy pillow allowing pregnant people up to their due date to lay supported face down, as well as a cozy body pillow for those preferring a side position.

Victoria works closely with referrals from The London Tongue and Lip Tie Center to prepare and rehab babies with tongue and lip tie revisions. She is happy to chat further details with you if you would like to know more information for your little one.

From babies, to kids, adults, and retiree's Victoria is happy to have you on her treatment table. She looks forwards to working with her returning clients and meeting bright smiling new ones.

STEPHANIE LEW

RMT / PTA (OTA)

Stephanie completed the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College and graduated with honours. She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. 

Stephanie’s treatment space is a friendly non-judgemental zone. Stephanie would consider herself a deep pressure therapist, however her treatments are all tailored to the clients needs and goals.

Now on a personal note: Stephanie has an upbeat, bubbly personality and she is filled with optimism. Stephanie has a background in fitness and has a black belt in Taekwondo. When she is not working, Stephanie is enjoying family time with her daughter, husband and dog.

LISA LANTHIER

RMT

Lisa is a graduate of Fanshawe College’s Massage Therapy program and is well-versed in a variety of Swedish massage techniques, with a focus on managing the physical symptoms of mental health issues.

At the beginning of each appointment with Lisa, some time will be spent assessing symptoms in order to create an accurate and thorough treatment plan to benefit each client as much as possible. 

Lisa focuses on creating a safe and inclusive treatment environment for her clients and combines therapeutic and relaxation techniques to address any presenting issues from a holistic perspective.   

Her mission is to help her clients at whichever stage they are at while providing a trauma-informed space that is 2SLGBTQIA friendly and built on trust, professionalism, and individual autonomy.

BRADY ARMSTRONG

RMT

Brady Armstrong is a Registered Massage Therapist who also graduated from Fanshawe College in the Massage Therapy program. He has always been very interested and involved in the health, wellness, and work-out setting since he was young. He played basketball up until College and will always be a basketball player at heart. Throughout his sporting and working-out journey he experienced many injuries including ankle sprains and back problems. Dealing with his own injuries and partaking in sports has given him a great idea of how to help people recover from sport or training-based injuries. 
     Throughout his schooling he gained an extensive knowledge in Swedish massage techniques, stretching, and rehabilitation-based exercises. He is able to work with soft tissues, fascia, joints and the deeper layers of muscle tissue according to his client’s needs. He looks forward to treating any kind of issue you may have for seeking massage therapy or even if you just want to relax. He will treat any condition, with varying pressures always being an option and if there is something he cannot help you with he will gladly refer you to an appropriate practitioner who can. 

Brady is also certified in Cupping Therapy and continues to add to his skills as his career progresses. Lastly, Brady's main goal as an RMT is to give you a safe, caring, and understanding environment that encourages healing and pain relief.

DR. NICHOLAS RUITENBEEK

CHIROPRACTOR, ACUPUNCTURE PROVIDER

Nick graduated from Western University with a B.A. Honours Specialization in Kinesiology and then went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. He is in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. Nick believes every patient is unique and focuses on tailoring treatment to meet each patient’s individual needs. He offers a variety of treatment options including: Chiropractic adjustments, muscle release therapy, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, acupuncture, and concussion rehabilitation. Nick focuses on treating the body as a whole and is dedicated to finding a way to help you with your pain, even if it’s not back related!

DR. DANIELLE SMITH

CHIROPRACTOR & NEUROFUNCTIONAL ACUPUNCTURE PROVIDER

 

Through patient education, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation, Danielle works with her patients to achieve their wellness goals. She develops individualized treatment plans and believes in the importance of a team effort to optimize function and recovery. She attended Western University and graduated from the Honours Specialization in Kinesiology program in 2017. She then went on to pursue her chiropractic academic journey at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2021. She is in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. 

Danielle welcomes all patients to her practice including pregnant and postnatal women, paediatric patients, older adults, and athletes. She has a special interest in women’s health and providing postpartum rehabilitation. Additionally, she is passionate in helping older adults manage their symptoms of osteoarthritis. 

Danielle has taken several additional certifications to enhance her skills and knowledge and is certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, GROWCO Postpartum Rehabilitation, Paediatric Intraoral Palate Specific (PIPS) technique, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.

When not working, Danielle enjoys pursuing DIY projects, exploring new recipes, walking her miniature dachshund and spending time with family & friends.

SHANNON MOYER-SZEMENYEI

COUNSELLOR

Shannon is a passionate and accomplished artist, doula, mentor, counsellor and author with a distinct want to help others push through their trauma and find life on the other side of fear. She uses the modalities of therapeutic writing, guided meditation and art exploration to assist adult clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief by giving them new coping skills and techniques to navigate their mental health. She believes that trauma is relative to the individual, as is healing and that it is never a linear path. Her hope is that by tapping into elements of your breath, visualization, writing and art, clients will be presented with hope, clarity and light.

OLIVIA HARTY

REGISTERED HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST (RHN)

Olivia attended Western University and completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics degree, and a dance minor. After graduation, she continued her education at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition while working at two clinical settings alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, sport psychologists, dietitians and athletic therapists. She also completed her Personal Training Specialist Certification and Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hour) Certification.

Not only does she have a deep understanding of the power of nutrition, but also of the power of movement and keeping your body strong and active. Wellness for me is practicing self-love by listening to and nourishing your body, mind and spirit. It’s about living a guilt-free, vibrant life. If you’re ready to go on a little journey to create a healthy lifestyle that is suited for you and your body, I’m happy to be your guide through the process.

ALEX LEWIS

PEDORTHIST

Alex Lewis was born and raised in London Ontario. He has been a member of the Western University Varsity Soccer team and Marconi Men’s Soccer team. Alex completed his degree in Kinesiology at Western University with a post graduate diploma in Pedorthics and is a certified Canadian Personal Training Specialist. After working for 2 years and gaining experience in the nation’s capital of Ottawa, Alex is back in London to treat and manage lower limb issues through footwear modifications and supportive devices (Custom Made Orthotics).

Coming from a background rich in client care and compassion, Kenny goes above and beyond to ensure all visitors feel safe and welcome while at the clinic.
